Google's " Handwriting Input App " lets you hand write your messages on Android with or without Internet..!!

Google has released a " Handwriting Input App " that will let you write on screen instead of tying on it and would replace your phone's keyboard. A new idea by Google and will surely help persons that are new to smartphones or have problem in typing.
The exciting thing is that this newly launched Google Input method supports 82 languages in 20 distinct scripts. Another great thing about the App is that it recognizes various writing styles as well as cursive writing .Users can also input methods with styles or they can use their fingers. Another fun feature added is that Emojis which users can draw directly. Also it works with or without Internet which could be a great feature to increase its usability.


This idea of converting handwritten to text feature was available in early 2012 where it worked with Internet connection only and was limited to Google search. Google has worked a  lot on it and redefined it functionality  extending languages it supports and many other features.
Currently this app available for Android tablets and phones running on Android 4.0.3 or above.

GOOGLE UNSTOPPABLE....!! This time it is Project Ara Smartphone to monitor oxygen levels in blood.....!!

Google continues to enhance technology in all fields. This time it about your health , which is the major concern. Recently Google revealed much anticipated Project Ara which would have swappable health related accessories , one of them is Pulse Oximeter .


 The Pulse Oximeter would allow the smartphone to measure oxygen level in your blood. Its a start , not the end , as Google would extend the capabilities of the smartphone , to be used as mobile health monitors.
The Project Ara was originally headed by Motorola Mobility , became Google's pet Project after Motorola was sold to Lenovo.


The Project Ara is expected to come with a phone early next year but it would be interesting to see the swappable accessories Google would offer in the final product.The phone shall be available as base skeleton on which multiple swappable features could be added later on.

Google Reveals Android 5.0 Lollipop.........Nexus Devices to have it first....!!

                        Finally  Android 5.0 officially named   "LolliPop".


Google finally broke silence  by revealing name of its latest update of its mobile operating system.
 The new update would be available on new Nexus devices , Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 . The other Nexus devices like Nexus 4, 5,7,10  and Google Update edition will also get an update in few weeks.
Apart from the first look given by Google early in this year , the new update include many new exciting features.


Notifications:


When it comes to notifications center , it can be viewed and responded directly from the lock screen. It has ability to hide sensitive content for these notifications . You can even customize  with notifications you want to be displayed.  Even timings of notifications could be set. Another great feature added is that incoming phone calls won't interrupt you whether.

UI Design: 

When it comes to UI . its a bold , colorful and responsive UI for consistent and smooth functioning of your device. Its vivid new colors , topography and edge to edge imagery help to focus your attention.


Battery:

A battery saver feature added which could extend its battery life by 90 minutes. Now estimated time left for the device to get fully charged could be seen. even estimated time left for the battery to get dead could be seen.

Security:

For more security , now the device comes with encryption automatically turned on to protect data on lost or stolen devices. Even an Android Smart lock to secure your phone or tablet by pairing it with a trust-able device like your wearable or even your car.

Other features:

-In device sharing , a feature is added in which you could share your device but not your data is added.
-Network shift and connectivity have improved.
-New Professional photography features including:
:-capture full resolution frames around 30 fps.
:-supports raw features like  YUV and BAYER RAW.
:-control capture settings for the sensor , lens, and flash per individual frame.
-"OK GOOGLE" works even when your screen is off.
- Now it supports 68 + languages all over the world.
